Need to return an item? You can return purchases from Sensationail.com conveniently online. To initiate a return,
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Order History. If you signed in as a guest at checkout, you will need to Create an Account with the same email you provided to initiate the return.
- Click "Return" for the order you wish to return. (Don't see this link? Be aware you can only return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase).
- Select the items you want to return and indicate a reason.
After submitting your return form, you will first receive a confirmation email. We will then email you a prepaid return shipping label. You can also access your label under the Order History page of the My Account section of sensationail.com. When returning the item, pack the item securely in the original package (when possible). Enclose the returns portion of the original packing slip with the item. Be sure to keep a copy the packing slip for your records. Lastly, attach the free prepaid return shipping label with your packing slip and send it off!
Once your return is received and inspected, usually within 5-7 business days, we’ll issue a refund in the amount of your original purchase price to the original form of payment. Once the refund has been processed, it may take your bank an additional 2–10 business days to post the refund to your credit/debit card account.
RETURN RULES & RESTRICTIONS
- We accept returns of products shipped within the continental United States only. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
- Returns of full-price and sale merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Only items purchased through Sensationail.com may be returned to our online store. Items purchased through any retailer or wholesale partner must be returned to the place of purchase.
- We are unable to support exchanges through our online warehouse.
